Tanzanite, also known as the zestier, was marketed by the
American jeweler Tiffany. His intense blue dotted purple makes it very similar
to sapphire or polite. Its rarity, combined with the high publicity it was the
object, make a stone whose value is quite high. His only deposits are located
in Tanzania
and its main depot is now almost exhausted.
